Day 01 Arrival in Munnar
When you arrive at Cochin, you will be welcomed by the Cyatra Tours representative who will assist you in transferring to Munnar. During your drive to Munnar, you will pass by beautiful waterfalls like Valara, Cheyyara, and Attakadu, as well as spice plantations. You can also stop by the Elephant Care Center. Upon your arrival, you will check into the hotel and stay overnight after enjoying some local South Indian dishes for dinner.
Valara - Valara Waterfalls are situated between Neriamangalam on the eastern boundary of the Ernakulam District and Adimali of the Kochi - Madurai National Highway (NH-49). Located in Idukki district, Kerala, it is 14 km away from Adimali. The main attraction of this place is Valara Waterfalls.
Attukad Waterfall - One of the most popular tourist destinations in Munnar, ideal for hiking and picnics. The place is so beautiful that it attracts a large number of tourists every year to enjoy the panoramic waterfall and rolling hills. Located between Munnar and Pallivasal in the Idukki District, Attukad Waterfall is a feast for the eyes in every sense. This charming attraction is surrounded by dense jungle and lush green areas, accessible only through a wooden bridge.
Kodanad - Koanad is a rural riverside village of Ernakulam district, Kerala, southern India. Kodanad is situated on the south bank of the Periyar River, about 42 kilometers east of Kochi. The nearest airport is Cochin International Airport, which is approximately 20 km (12 mi) away by road. The village is a significant tourist destination as it houses an Elephant training center.
Day 02 Munnar sightseeing
Start your day with a morning breakfast and embark on a day of local sightseeing. Enjoy panoramic views of the highest peak, Anamudi, the highest peak of South India standing at an elevation of 2695 m. Later, visit the Christ Church and explore the wildlife at Eravikulam National Park, followed by a visit to the park and Mattupetty Dam where you can enjoy boating and horse riding. Return to the hotel in the evening and stay overnight!
Near the park, also visit Madupetty Dam, a popular picnic spot for boating and horse riding on the way to Top Station.
Eravikulam National Park is a 97 km2 national park located along the Western Ghats in the Idukki district of Kerala in India. Situated between 10º05'N and 10º20'N, and 77º0' and 77º10'E, it is the first national park in Kerala. Eravikulam National Park is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Mattupetty Dam - (Madupetty Dam), near Munnar in the Idukki District, is a concrete gravity dam built in the mountains of Kerala, India to conserve water for hydroelectricity. It has been a crucial source of power generation along with other such dams, generating significant revenue for the states. The abundance of perennially available water allows wildlife and birds to thrive.

Day 03 Munnar to Thekkady
After the morning breakfast, you will be delighted to cover a short distance to reach the next destination on the charts, which is Thekkady or Periyar. Check into the designated hotel upon arrival and do some sightseeing in Periyar National Forest and Mullaperiyar Dam after some rest. You must not miss the boat cruise and the famous Kathakali dance, followed by jungle walks, trekking, nature walks, bamboo rafting, etc. Return to the hotel at the end of the day, check in, and stay overnight in Thekkady.
Day 04 Thekkady to Alleppey
Start your day with morning breakfast and plan a trip to Alleppey after checking out from Thekkady. Enjoy a cruise in the backwaters, which will give you a wonderful experience followed by a romantic sunset and an overnight stay in a houseboat in Alleppey, after dinner.
Day 05 Alleppey to Cochin
After having breakfast in the morning, embark on a guided drive to Cochin after enjoying Alleppey. Upon arrival in Cochin, go for sightseeing that includes St. Francis Church, Jewish Synagogue, and Dutch Palace, and lastly, the amazing Harbor Cruise Ride where you will experience the Chinese Fishing Nets.
