Day 01
Ahmedabad - Dasada 90 km; approx. 2 hrs drive
Best of Kutch Visit Upon arrival at Ahmedabad Airport/railway station, you are greeted by our tour representative who then drives you to Dasada, a village located within Gujarat's Little Rann of Kutch. Dasada is home to a famous desert wildlife sanctuary where you can spot the highly unique and almost extinct Asiatic wild asses. Upon reaching Dasada, we check into the Dasada Forest Resort, freshen up, and then embark on a tour of the desert sanctuary of Dasada. In the evening, you can visit Bajana Lake to capture the mesmerizing views of the sunset. Return to the resort for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 02
Dasada to Gir National Park
The next morning, we set off for a wildlife safari across the desert sanctuary. The panoramic sights of sunrise enhance your wildlife experiences even more. Later in the day, we proceed to Gir National Park. Upon arrival, check into the forest cottage and relax for the evening.
Day 03
Gir National Park
Gir National Park Day 3 is dedicated entirely to the safari tours of the Gir National Park, where you are taken for an adventurous safari trip of the park both in the morning and evening. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4 - 5
Gir National Park
Day 04, as well as Day 05, are reserved for an extensive exploration of the sprawling, dense Gir National Park. If you are lucky, you could spot those big cats at a close distance. Also, we will visit Devaliya, an area of the park reserved for the famous Asiatic Lions. Enjoy remarkable wildlife experiences here as well as indulge in thrilling nature walks. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 06
Gir National Park - Sayla
The next day after breakfast, we depart for Sayla. Upon arrival, check into the hotel, freshen up, and later head out for glimpses of Sayla's renowned blackbuck gazelles. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 07
Sayla - Ahmedabad
The following day at sunrise, we visit the Nal Sarovar to observe some beautiful birds enjoying their habitats. Later in the day, we depart for Ahmedabad. Upon arrival, you are transferred to the airport/railway station where our representative sees you off for your onward journey back home.
